Bringing a taste of authentic HipHop culture to Worthing for all abilities, ages 5 and above! There will be:
– Authentic Streetdance lesson with Wannado Streetdance: Breakin and HipHop
– DJ scratch demo and taster with Get it together DJs
– Graffiti tagging tips and techniques
– A selection of Beatbox, and rapping tasters and demonstrations
– Tshirt designing to practice your Graff skills on!
– An interactive and Funkfilled presentation at 3.30pm- 4.30 to friends and family showcasing your children’s Streetdance talent, with competitions to win Prizes!
– Light refreshments for the children.

Where is the event?
Dance House STudios, Ivy Arch Road.
Is this a Drop off and Go workshop?
Yes. You are kindly asked to leave the building after drop off. Alternatively, you may wait in the reception area whilst the sessions are on.
What time can I come and watch my child’s presentation?
My child can be shy, Can I sit and watch in the corner?
No, in our experience, shy children tend to hide behind a grown up rather than get stuck in. We play plenty of interactive games to warm the group up and get the children into a comfortable, relaxed, but positively excited frame of mind. We always have plenty of assistants available for less confident children, that need more support.
Will I have to fill in a sign up form?
No. By purchasing a ticket you agree to all of our Terms as written here, and any health issues or allergies must be emailed to email@example.com ATLEAST 3 days before the event. You will also have to sign them in and out.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Worthing train station is just a short walk from the venue.
You may park on the road, and an overflow car park is located just past the venue on the Right.
What can I bring into the event?
Pleanty of water and a healthy packed lunch with healthy snacks are advised. FOOD IS NOT PROVIDED, although light refreshments may be available. You will You are responsible for any posessions they may bring, and so bring them at your own risk.
What shall my child wear to the event?
Comfortable clothing and footware suitable for exercise should be worn. No jewellery is allowed. Long Hair tied back. Please be aware that craft supplies will be used, and we can not garuntee your child will be collected as clean as they arrived, so messy play colthes are advisable!
Can my older/younger children attend the session?
No. We strictly work with in the age limits set for a class, to ensure the content is appropriate and enjoyed by all. Everyone attending the event must have a valid ticket.
Are thee changing facilities at the venue?
There is a dressing room with benches and toilets.
Who will be leading the classes?
Kerry will be teaching the Streetdance classes. She is a proffessional, authentic Streetdance specialist, who has over a decade of teaching experience for all ages. She is one of the very few, fully qualified, government accredited Streetdance teachers in the UK, who takes her own personal developement as a credible streetdancer just as seriously as her ability to teach it. Not only will she teach you some funky moves and grooves, she will do it with a big smile on her face (unless its time to do the stern gangster streetdance face!)
The Fantastic ‘Get It Togethe’r DJs will be hosting the DJ workshops with their very own professional Decks set up! They have played at many events across Sussex and have a wealth of knowledge and Skills under their belt to inspire your fellow music enthusiasts!
We have some special guests lined up, but they are a suprise!
Will my child be safe?
There is always a first aider on site, DBS checked, Chaperone liscenced leaders with insurances in place. We have plenty of staff at hand, so rest assured, your child is in safe hands!

What if my child has any medical conditions or injuries?
It is upto you to inform the teacher of any medical conditions they might have. If such information is not disclosed, it is a your own risk, and your sole responsibility should they participate. Please consult your GP for any advise, and If appropriate, a letter from your GP maybe required to join the workshop.
Do you take children with Special Education Needs?
Yes! We would encourage a chat to discuss their indevidual needs BEFORE signing up. We will try to accomodate as best as possible. Some cases we may not be able to accomodate you, and it would be for the emotional and/or physical safety of all members that we would make that desision.
Will my child get to take the Tshirt they make home?
What’s the refund policy?
You may have a full refund if your withdrawel is requested atleast 7days prior to the start of the course.

No, these tickets must be purchased online.
