You will need your ticket, drinks and snacks and a lunch. Comfy clothing or costumes are fine, but jeans are not comfortable for our activites. Anyone wearing a skirt is recommended to wear leggins or shorts underneath. Any smaller children wearing a cotsume, may like to also bring a spare set of clothes in case they wish to change.

We are in the office Tuesday’s 9-3 and Thursday’s 11-3. You can reach us by email: info@rsopa.co.uk or by telephone: 01903890579.

What’s the refund policy?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges/transfers.

Can I come in with my child?

We do not have parents stay at our clubs no, we operate a drop at the door policy, this is because the event is open to the general public and so we have a duty of care to all children present. We have plenty of helpers at hand to comfort and encourage shy children.

What are the qualifications of the instructors?

We have three levels:

Course Teacher – This will be the qualified RSOPA, permanant teacher present in the room at all times. All our teachers are qualified with a governing body or association. They all carry insurance, DBS checks, and First Aid. Most carry Chaperone licenses which mean they have child protection training also.

Course Instructor/Leader – This is the person taking the workshop. This may be the teacher also, or may be a masterclass teacher we have bought in, or even one of our student teachers. Either way, the instaructors are always accompanied by a permanant RSOPA teacher. All instructors and/or helpers over 17 carry first aid, insurance and DBS checks as well as the sufficient experience and/or qualification to teach.

Course Helper: Helpers are young students at RSOPA, usually ages 14-17 who like to come and help out. Helpers are used to engage with children on a more 1-2-1 level, to accompany small children to the toilet and to generally become their best friends!
