Feeling sluggish? You’re not alone! Every weekend at this time of year seems to be filled with parties and catching up with loved ones, which inevitably involves a lot of eating and drinking.
We should drink at least 2 to 3 litres of water per day. That can get pretty boring.
So here is a super quick idea to add some refreshing flavour to your water and start your week feeling good.
Simply add a couple of leaves of fresh mint and a few thin slices of cucumber, et voila! It has a subtle and super refreshing taste. Plus the oils in the mint really help with your digestion.
